With Pride Month in full swing, Madame Tussauds San Francisco is honored
to announce Lav
erne Cox as the first ever transgender figure in the history of
Madame Tussauds!

The Emmy-winning producer and Emmy-nominated actress is known not only for her
role as the first transwoman of color on Netflix original series Orange is the New
Black, but also as a strong advocate for the trans and wider LGBTAQ+ community.

Madame Tussauds is proud to celebrate Ms. Cox's achievements and the historic
impact she has made through her stance on awareness, inclusion, and equality. Her
figure will be released during Pride Weekend at the SF Pride press conference on
June 26, 2015. Check out a video of her sitting session here.

To welcome the summer months, Celebrity Cruises recently launched their
#GrassIsGreener campaign to highlight the Lawn Clubs aboard their cruise ships.

Spritz supported the initial roll-out of the campaign at the Sunset Celebration
Weekend on June 6th, in Menlo Park, CA, where in true modern luxury fashion, 100
butlers surprised festival-goers with gourmet picnic baskets. One lucky winner won a
luxury Celebrity Cruise for two!

Check out the Butlers and Baskets videos here: SF Bay Area, New York, Chicago!

Sister restaurants Twenty Five Lusk and Tap [415] launched their Pride-themed
cocktail, The Weekender, to show their support for the local LGBT community. A gin
fizz with raspberry, lemon and ginger, The Weekender is described by Executive Chef Matthew Dolan as "expertly crafted" and "magnificently uplifting."

The cocktail will be available at both restaurants through the month of June, and
guests can relax and sip easy knowing that for every Weekender they order, $1 will
be donated to the Richmond/Ermet Aid Foundation, a nonprofit organization that
raises funds and supports HIV services, hunger programs, underserved youth, and
the homeless.

The public has spoken! After an outpour of public interest, Madame Tussauds
announced Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple Computers and well-known
American Inventor, as the next Bay Area's "Tech Innovator" who will get his own wax
figure next to Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg.

A 64 year-old San Jose native, Steve Wozniak is a Silicon Valley icon and household
name for his innovative and influential work with Steve Jobs in founding Apple, and
various philanthropic ventures.

Wozniak's figure will be revealed to the public with a side-by-side release in the
Fall of 2015.

Aloha! We recently redesigned the website for Na Leo Pilimehana, an award-winning
female Hawaiian group, and we're so excited about its launch! To bring Hawaii to
life, we used traditional Hawaiian tribal patterns, plumeria flowers and the teal blue
and sand brown colors of the beach. With vibrant images of Hawaiian scenery and a
simple interface, we effectively showcased Na Leo's story and top albums, making it
easy for fans to learn more about the band and purchase their favorite songs and CDs.

Experience a true Hawaiian paradise here.
